All Keith France Electrical Contractor Ltd staff hold current ECS skills training cards incorporating Health & Safety awareness.  The companies training programme is varied and ensures adequate training and refresher training is available at all times.

All our staff have undertaken asbestos awareness and abrasive wheels training, emergency first aid at work, and are all enhanced DBS checked.  Certain operatives are trained in PASMA, IPAF, solar PV, energy storage systems & EV car charging equipment.

The company has external health and safety consultants who ensure that our policies are updated to meet current regulations and assist with any Health and Safety issues.

It is our policy to conduct our business activities to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all our Employees, Sub-Contractors, Clients, and any 3rd Parties that we work with including visitors to our sites and Members of the public.

We work closely with Safety Management Services (Europe) Ltd, a local Health and Safety Consultancy who attend our sites and conduct a thorough audit on personnel and site conditions. This gives us valuable impartial feedback from a highly qualified source.

Our policies are continually reviewed and revised to take into account the ever evolving forms of hazards, and continual new risks that may be introduced with new technology and methods. On top of this, we also constantly monitor changes in legislation and organisational structure, to ensure that we remain compliant, and that everything is appropriate to the nature, scale and purpose of our business.
